A new monthly farmers market has started in Flower Mound’s Parker Square.
The farmers market features several small businesses with a focus on artisan baked goods, handcrafted sweets, and unique, locally made products, said Jordan Payton, Parker Square’s community relations manager. The market is held on the first Saturday each month and centered around the shopping center’s gazebo.
Payton said the shopping center chose to host the market on Saturdays to create more opportunities to support small businesses.
“We’re proud to reintroduce the Farmers Market at Parker Square in a more intentional and community-driven way,” Payton said in an email. “Bringing it in-house allows us to thoughtfully curate vendors and create an experience that supports local businesses while giving families a place to gather and enjoy their morning.”
Parker Square previously hosted the Flower Mound Farmers Market until October 2024. The Flower Mound Farmers Market is now held in the River Walk.
Vendors interested in joining the farmers market in Parker Square can sign up online.
