SAN ANTONIO — A 25-year-old woman was arrested after she allegedly attacked a man with a knife and spit on San Antonio police officers.
Officers responded to a cutting in progress around 10:28 p.m. in the 8700 block of Fredericksburg Road.
Police said the man and the woman were in a verbal argument when the woman began to physically assault him. The woman then grabbed a knife and cut the man, causing bodily injury, police said.
The woman began to get aggressive with officers while seated in a patrol vehicle and spit on two officers, police said.
The female suspect was booked for an unspecified charge.
