SAN ANTONIO – A man was hospitalized after a hit-and-run crash involving a scooter and an SUV on the city’s Southeast Side.
The incident took place Saturday night around 8:44 p.m. in the 3300 block of SE Loop 410 SB Access Road.
SAPD officers say the victim was traveling southbound on a scooter when he was struck by a black SUV. The driver fled the scene without stopping to help. The injured rider was taken to a local hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the crash.
