Neyaz Mohammadi has been named chief operating officer (COO) at Medical City Alliance, further strengthening the hospital’s executive leadership team and its commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

In this new role, Mohammadi will oversee daily operations, providing strategic and administrative leadership to support service growth, enhance colleague experience and optimize operational and financial performance. Her position will play a key role in advancing Medical City Alliance’s commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care while driving operational excellence and continued growth in the community.

Prior to this role, Mohammadi served as vice president of operations at Medical City Frisco, where she oversaw multiple services and departments, led capital expansion and major projects, and supported initiatives to advance operational excellence, clinical quality and patient experience. Previously, she served as the assistant administrator of Medical City Dallas from December 2021 to July 2023.

Mohammadi earned a Master of Healthcare Administration and Bachelor of Neuroscience from Trinity University, as well as a Master of Science in Medical Science from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and a graduate of the HCA Healthcare Executive Development Program.
