A car crash on Houston Road left three people injured, according to the Houston County Sheriff’s Office.

HOUSTON COUNTY, Ga. — A single-vehicle car crash sent multiple people to the hospital Sunday evening, according to a press release from the Houston County Sheriff’s Office.

They say it happened just before 11 p.m. Sunday night on Houston Road north of Highway 41.

According to the release, a 2013 Lexus was traveling south on Houston Road when they failed to make a turn, leaving the road and overturning in the process.

The Houston County Sheriff’s Office says all three people inside the car were injured and taken to Atrium Health Navicent in Macon for medical care. 

The sheriff’s office says that the remains under investigation by the Houston County Sheriff’s Office’s Traffic Division. They ask anyone with information to reach out to Corporal Dalton Windham at 478-542-2080.
