
A Grand Prairie school bus carrying students on the way to a field trip was involved in a crash with an 18-wheeler early Tuesday, March 24, in Fort Worth. No injuries were reported, police say.

A Grand Prairie school bus carrying students on the way to a field trip was involved in a crash Tuesday morning in Fort Worth, officials said.
Grand Prairie ISD spokesperson Sam Buchmeyer described the accident as a “fender bender.” No one was injured, and the students were able to continue on to the field trip destination.
Fort Worth police officers were called to the northbound service road of E. Loop 820 South near Martin Street shortly before 9:45 a.m. Someone reported that a school bus and an 18-wheeler had gotten into an accident, according to the call sheet.
Fort Worth police said the accident was reported as a hit-and-run, but information about the vehicle or person that possibly left the scene was not immediately available.
