An expansion to one of Plano’s residential and entertainment spaces is moving forward after the Plano City Council approved a rezoning ordinance to allow a mix of retail, entertainment, single-family and multifamily residential uses.
The ordinance, approved during a March 23 City Council meeting, will rezone 4.1 acres of land on the southeast corner of Plano Parkway and Custer Road from light industrial to urban mixed-use.
