Security lines snaked in and out of a Houston airport on Tuesday, March 24, as airports across the country faced shortages in Transportation Security Administration (TSA) staff members amid a partial government shutdown.

This footage was captured at George Bush Intercontinental Airport by Eliza Rose, who said that she was waiting over four hours to get through airport security.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents were recently spotted at the airport, after President Donald Trump said agents were to be deployed at airports across the country to assist with security checks.

ICE personnel were deployed at more than a dozen airports across the US, including Houston, Atlanta, Newark, Philadelphia, and Chicago, according to PBS. Credit: Eliza Rose via Storyful
