A crash on Thursday morning shut down the southbound lanes of US 67 near the Dallas Executive Airport, according to TxDOT.

DALLAS — A crash on Thursday morning shut down all southbound lanes of US 67. 

The crash was reported around 2:46 a.m. Thursday in the southbound lanes of US 67 near South Hampton Road at the Dallas Executive Airport, according to the Texas Department of Transportation. 

All lanes remained closed around 5:30 a.m., and traffic was being forced off the highway at Hampton Road, according to TxDOT.

It’s not clear what may have caused the crash or if anyone was injured. WFAA reached out to police for more information, but did not immediately hear back. Â
