He is the man accused in the killing of a young couple and their unborn baby.
Today, the jury is expected to hear from both sides during closing arguments in this very emotional case.
You may recall, Christopher Preciado is charged with capital murder. He’s accused of killing Savanah Soto, Matthew Guerra, and their unborn child.
This was back in December of 2023 around Christmas time.
Testimony wrapped up with five witnesses taking the stand, including an officer who helped search Preciado’s home where investigators say the murder weapon was found.
The Bexar County medical examiner also testified, walking the jury through autopsy findings and challenging the defense’s claim that the shooting was in self-defense.
