One of Houston’s many hospitality groups is spreading its weight around both the city and the rest of Texas. Woody’s Brands has announced it’s adding a Woody’s Hideaway in Webster and has opened a Little Woodrow’s in Frisco. The news comes as the hospitality group undergoes some major growth around the state.
We’ll start off with a place that’s already open: the Little Woodrow’s at 8320 State Hwy. 121 in Stonebriar Centre, Frisco. The 24th location of the sports bar chain opened March 23. It marks the second Little Woodrow’s in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and features the same beer, cocktails, bar food and entertainment lineup as its sister locations. According to a press release, the bar will also be the “official after-party destination” for the Frisco Roughriders, the double-A minor league baseball affiliate of the Texas Rangers.
“In addition to watching games on the big screens, Little Woodrow’s brings our own type of competitive fun to the table with backyard games, golf simulators and more for having good times, creating memories with friends and rooting on your team,” Woody’s Brands CEO Ray Risley said in a statement.
And coming up, a Woody’s Hideaway will be opening in late 2026 at 20801 Gulf Fwy. in Webster. According to a press release, the Hideaway will be on the larger side with around 12,500 square feet of interior space and a 700-square-foot patio.
Once open, it will be the “eatertainment” concept’s third location in the Houston area, including the one it has in the Energy Corridor and the recently opened Conroe spot. From the sound of it, it will have a little of everything, including:
Both Little Woodrow’s and Woody’s Hideaway feature membership programs that come with discounts, event invites and merchandise.Â
The Woody’s Brands group is currently in a supercharged growth phase, with much of the expansion centered around its Little Woodrow’s and Woody’s properties. Its portfolio also includes Eddie’s Tavern and Woody’s Bar along Austin’s 6th Street.
