A new retail liquor store from Twin Liquors is planned for Pflugerville, according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
What we know
The filing shows the business will occupy a 2,844-square-foot retail space.
Construction is expected to begin April 15 and wrap up by June 15, and has an estimated cost of $300,000, according to the filing.
The context
The site is located along SH 130 on Pflugerville’s east side—an area that has seen a surge in commercial and residential growth in recent years.
Much of that development has been driven by increased accessibility along the SH 130 corridor, which has opened up land for large-scale projects and new retail centers.
The store is proposed for the same shopping center as H-E-B, where additional shops are under construction.
Twin Liquors, an Austin-based retailer, operates more than 100 locations across Texas and is known for its neighborhood-focused stores and wide selection of wines and spirits.
