Homicide detectives with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office are investigating after a man was found dead inside a home in Harris County.
Authorities say the discovery was made in the 5800 block of Lundwood Lane.
Deputies responded to the residence, and the victim was dead when they arrived. Investigators have not yet released the man’s identity, pending notification of next of kin.
Officials have not confirmed a cause of death or whether foul play is suspected, but homicide detectives were called to the scene to take over the investigation.
The scene remained active as of the latest update, with investigators working to gather evidence.
Details surrounding the circumstances of the death remain limited.
