For students living in residence halls and on-campus apartments, we invite you to join us for a day of mindfulness, resilience and connection. You will participate in engaging and relaxing activities (no boring lectures!) that will help you to better manage stress, turn off your racing mind, feel less overwhelmed, and know more about how to have great relationships. You will participate in 4 sessions throughout the day, be served a delicious (and free) lunch, and get lots of goodies and prizes. You will even earn a certificate of completion for participating (very official!). Registration is open now through March 6, so hurry and get your spot! We’ll see you at the MAC on March 27th.
