Birdies by the Lake

The Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce will host its 25th annual charity golf classic at Falconhead Golf Club, bringing together local business leaders, nonprofits and community partners for a day of golf, networking and fundraising. Lunch, drinks and prizes are included.

Books and Bees Festival

This annual Bee Cave Public Library festival blends literacy celebration with live bee education. The event will feature programming for all ages, including local authors, book vendors, hands-on bee and nature activities, and a honey tasting contest.

Sponsored by Friends of the Park Lakeway, the annual Wilderness Run 5K winds through the Hurst Sculpture Garden. This free community race welcomes runners and walkers of all ages and offers prizes for the top finishers.

Lake Travis Community Library will host a free community workshop walking homeowners through the property tax protest process, covering how to gather evidence, understand appeal timelines and file with the appraisal review board.

For the Love of Parks

The Travis County Parks Foundation’s 4th annual festival celebrates the county’s 27 parks with live music, face painting, animal encounters, interactive learning stations, pick-up sports, food and more. This year’s event also marks the public launch of the Park Stewards Program, a new volunteer initiative.

The city of Lakeway’s annual Earth Day volunteer event invites residents to help protect and preserve the Hamilton Greenbelt. This year’s project focuses on removing invasive Nandina plants to restore native habitats and support local wildlife.

Lakeway Sings! presents ‘Alphabet Soup’

Lakeway Sings! returns for its annual spring dinner show, which will feature a cast of more than 70 local performers celebrating songs from every letter of the alphabet.

The city of Lago Vista’s annual community festival draws families to Lake Travis for live music, local vendors, food and waterfront entertainment to celebrate the lakeside city. For the first time since 2016, a sailboat regatta will be featured at the event.

Clean the Water Experiment

The Association of Future Scientists will lead a hands-on water filtration experiment at Laura’s Library, inviting young science enthusiasts to explore water conservation and environmental science through interactive, guided activities.
