Two men have been arrested in connection with a shooting that included police officers Sunday, in west Oak Cliff, Dallas police Chief Daniel Comeaux announced Friday at a news conference.
Police said they arrested Antonio Hernandez Rivera on Tuesday and Frank Anthony Williams on Friday morning. Rivera, 20, faces charges related to aggravated assault against a public servant and Williams, 42, faces a charge of deadly conduct.
Dallas police released the body camera footage of the incident at the news conference, which was held five days after the shooting incident.
“In this case certain details were not released publicly to protect the integrity of the investigation,” Comeaux said. Police had not previously said that officers were involved in a shooting on Sunday.

Officers responded to the 2600 block of west Jefferson Boulevard, near North Franklin Street after hearing multiple gunshots from a parking lot shortly after 2:07 a.m., Comeaux said. Officers were already near the area working a vehicle accident.
As officers moved toward the sound of gunfire, they saw a black sedan leaving the parking lot with a person in the rear passenger seat extending a handgun out of the window and pointing at them, Comeaux said. Shots were fired from the vehicle and officers returned fire.
He said people in the parking lot told officers a grey pickup truck was also involved in the shooting. Officers tried to stop the truck, but it drove away.
Officers fired 27 rounds in the incident, Comeaux said. He said the officers were doing their best to protect themselves and others.
The two police officers involved, Ryan Burness and Fabian Esparza, have been placed on administrative leave, Comeaux said. This is standard procedure following an officer-involved shooting.
This was the seventh shooting involving a Dallas police officer this year. One in early March involved an off-duty officer who fired at a group of people allegedly trying to steal his personal vehicle in Addison.
