SAVOY – A welcome-home party for the Final Four-bound Illini will take place after 11 a.m. today.
The men’s basketball program said “join us in welcoming back the team after 11 a.m. at the Flightstar entrance of Willard Airport.”
The Illini celebrated Saturday’s 71-59 win against Iowa in Houston. Next stop: Indianapolis for the Final Four against the winner of today’s Duke/UConn game.
