What a week for Gary Woodland.

The 41-year-old, who three weeks ago revealed he’s battling with PTSD as a side effect of his brain surgery in 2023, had an emotional victory at the Texas Children’s Houston Open. It’s Woodland’s first victory since 2019, when he won the U.S. Open.

Woodland’s fifth PGA Tour victory earned him $1,782,000.
