LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The Lubbock Police Department’s Property Crimes Unit is asking the public for information after a credit card was stolen and used to make purchases in central Lubbock.
Police say around 3 p.m. on February 23, a suspect broke into a vehicle near Loop 289 and Slide Road and took a wallet.
Around 6 p.m., a card stolen from the wallet was used to make purchases at a store in the 4500 block of South Loop 289.
The suspect is described as a woman, Hispanic or White, wearing a camouflage hoodie with a black Texas state symbol and Texas Tech University logo, blue jeans, gray sneakers with hot pink laces, a white mask and black sunglasses.
