DALLAS — Two adults and a child were hospitalized after being hit by a truck in Dallas on Sunday, officials say.

Officers were called to the crash near the intersection of north Paulus Avenue and Gaston Avenue shortly before 8 p.m. and found a driver had hit “multiple pedestrians,” police say.

Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and took two adults and one child to the hospital, officials say. The driver remained at the scene, according to a press release. Neither the people who were hit nor the driver was identified, and the condition of those hit is unclear.

The investigation into the crash remains active.
