EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 35-year-old woman was arrested on an outstanding probation violation warrant and is facing four other charges, according to a news release from the El Paso County Constable’s Office Precinct 3.

On Friday, March 27, Constable Hector J. Bernal led deputies in assisting Texas Child Protective Services to conduct a court order, where they discovered Blueseleste Montoya had an outstanding warrants.

Deputies reported they found Montoya near the 900 block of Poplar Street in Central El Paso, where she allegedly resisted the deputy’s efforts and was placed under arrest.

Montoya was taken into custody on a probation violation bench warrant, along with the original 
charges of driving while intoxicated and two counts of abandonment/endangerment of a 
child.

Officials stated additional charges of resisting arrest/detention are pending.

Montoya was taken to the El Paso County Jail for booking.
