Spring Music on Main

The city of Round Rock’s spring Music on the Main series is free to the public. Concerts are held at Prete Plaza in downtown Round Rock. Artists on the lineup in April include Honey Made, a contemporary and R&B band dubbing their sound as Texas R&B; Brian Wolff and the Howlers, offering songs influenced by classic rock, 90s alternative and Americana; and Julie Slim, a world-renowned jazz artist.

Country-music artist Gary Allan will perform at the Round Rock Amp.

Realty Texas Annual Car Show

A show featuring classic cars, muscle cars and hot rods will be held at Realty Texas in Round Rock. The event, which will feature live music and local vendors, offers car lovers a chance to meet fellow enthusiasts and admire vehicles from a variety of eras.

Boots & Roots

The Pflugerville Education Foundation’s Boots & Roots Celebration will feature a silent auction, interactive photobooth, reception, live entertainment and special recognition honoring the nonprofit organization’s 20th anniversary. Proceeds from the event will go to support the nonprofit’s mission.

Earth Day

Round Rock’s Earth Day will take place at Yonders Point in Old Settlers Park, bringing together exhibitors and people of all ages to promote awareness to care for the Earth’s environment.

Mainly Art

Fifteen local visual artists will take over Main Street for an afternoon of work and conversation. The annual event aims to connect residents, families and visitors with the local arts scene.

2nd Annual Merge Barbershop Golf Tournament

Merge Barbershop will host a tournament at Forest Creek Golf Club, featuring food, drinks, prizes and on-course games. The tournament, registration for which closes April 13, will be a two-man scramble format.

20th Annual Pioneer Day

The Williamson Museum and Williamson County Old Settlers Association will host its 20th Annual Pioneer Day, featuring chuckwagons, games, living history, crafts, demonstrations and live music.

Un-Birthday Party

The Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department will host an event for families of children with special needs at The Play for All Abilities Park in Round Rock. The event will include a petting zoo, Amy’s Ice Cream cake, dinner and more. The park will be closed to the general public. Guests are asked to register ahead of time.

An Evening Under the Stars

The event for ages 50 and up will feature dancing, hors d’oeuvres, drinks and more, under the starlit sky at Centennial Plaza. Early registration is open until April 29.

The city’s annual Donut Dash though downtown Round Rock offers three divisions. In the challenger divisions, contestants attempt to run a 5K, eat a dozen doughnuts and finish the race in under an hour. The casual division is for those who want to run and eat on their own time. The zero k division is for those who just want to eat doughnuts.
