The Fort Worth project, with an estimated cost just shy of $365,000, is based at H-E-B’s store located at 3451 Heritage Trace Pkwy., Fort Worth, TX 76177. Officials are expected to begin construction in early August and complete work in mid-September, based on current timelines. The nearly 750-square-foot project involves the relocation of the tortilla machines from the tortilla room into the bakery, alongside new coolers, carts and racks.Â
Over in Plano, an approximately $106,000 project is on track for H-E-B’s store in 6001 Preston Road, Suite 100, Plano, TX 75093. Those improvements are poised to kickstart in early August and wrap by the end of the month, based on preliminary TDLR estimates. The 2,133-square-foot renovation will remove existing equipment and add new elements to the bakery and within the tortilla operation room, per project details.
The two North Texas projects join a similar project registered by H-E-B in Waxahachie back in late February.
