Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, which has offices in Austin, Houston and Dallas, has opened an office in a 5,800-square-foot space on the 19th floor at 777 Main St.

“Fort Worth has been part of our strategic plan for a long time,” E. David Coligado, CEO of Munsch Hardt, said in a statement.

The new office, with seven attorneys, will be led by Adrienne Wall, a managing shareholder focused on real estate finance. Wall, a graduate of Texas Christian University, represents commercial banks and lenders, including construction and development loans, restructurings and foreclosures. Wall previously served as associate general counsel for a regional commercial bank.

“Our goal is straightforward,” Wall said in a statement. “We are building a premier Fort Worth office, one that delivers sophisticated legal work, supports our clients’ growth, and brings together attorneys who are widely respected in this market.”

Joining her is another TCU graduate, Austin Franklin, a litigation shareholder. Franklin has practiced in Fort Worth since his service in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps and clerkships with federal judges in the Northern District of Texas, including Judge Mark Pittman and Terry Means.

Other Munsch Hardt attorneys include Theo Bruton, who previously served as in-house counsel for a commercial real estate developer in Fort Worth. Bruton is an alumnus of Texas A&M University School of Law.
