EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — Drivers in West El Paso are facing major delays after a collision shut down all lanes on Desert North before Artcraft on Monday night, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.
According to TxDOT, while traffic has been diverted and required to turn on Helen of Troy, major backups are expected, and drivers are urged to expect delays.
A clearing time was not available, and the closure was listed as “until further notice.”
The cause of the crash and whether there are any injuries remains unclear.
KFOX14/CBS4 has reached out to the El Paso Fire Department and the El Paso Police Department for comment.
