For the first time in three years, Texas basketball finished the season ranked in the final Associated Press poll.
Fresh off a run to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament, the Longhorns (21-15) placed No. 22 in the final poll released Tuesday, a day after No. 1 Michigan beat No. 2 UConn for the national championship.
Texas has only finished in the final AP poll four times in the past 15 years.
