Median home sales prices were down year over year in February across all three Georgetown-area ZIP codes, according to data from the Austin Board of Realtors and Unlock MLS.

ZIP code 78633 saw the largest percent change, with prices decreasing from $475,000 in February 2025 to $420,000 this February.
The majority of homes sold—115 out of 194—went for between $300,000-$499,999. However, homes sold at each of the following price points.
The specifics
Homes also sat on the market on average for more than 100 days in each area ZIP code. Time spent on the market increased in both 78626 and 78628.
Despite these factors, more homes sold year over year in February in ZIP codes 78626 and 78633, with 78633 seeing the most home sales at 90—a 60.71% increase.
