This year’s Pitmaster lineup at the Lone Star Smokeout include 15 top-notch barbecue teams including Texas Monthly favorites and James Beard Award nominees.

The festival will also host Live Fire culinary showcases. Here, visitors can watch the pitmasters do their thing as they cook over coals, wood, or open hearths. Live Fire experiences include demos by Lavaca BBQ, Philips Barbecue, GW’s Barbecue, M&M BBQ Company, The Original Roy Hutchins Barbecue, and Bludso’s BBQ.

Additionally, the festival will feature a Summit Health IV Therapy booth, where visitors can hydrate/recover via four different drip options. Mechanical bullriding will also be available on the grounds.
How to get tickets to Lone Star Smokeout 2026?
Tickets are available through the official festival website. Single-Day General Admission ranges from $55 – $73. Weekend-long passes start at $121. Kids aged 10 and under are permitted free entrance.
