A breakfast-forward cafe known for its skillets, pancakes and omelettes recently rolled out some major changes to its branding in San Antonio, creating some concerns from customers of the long-running restaurant.
The last remaining Le Peep Cafe location in San Antonio is now going by The Breakfast Mill, a swap that went into effect on Thursday, April 2. MySA reached out to the business to find out more about Le Peep Cafe’s rebranding and what customers can expect now that The Breakfast Mill has launched.
“We did do a rebranding of Le Peep. We renamed [it to] The Breakfast Mill. Same power, same food, and same service. We’ve have had tremendous support since our reopening on Thursday,” a representative for the restaurant told MySA in a message exchange.
Le Peep Cafe is part of a national chain that started in Aspen Colorado more than 40 years ago. Prior to becoming The Breakfast Mill, this Le Peep Cafe location was open in the Stone Oak area for around two decades, based on a Facebook post from 2013. A website for the newly rebranded restaurant is now live, and as of Sunday, April 5, the business has switched over to its new name on social media.
The Breakfast Mill is open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mondays and Tuesdays and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday, according to the restaurant’s website.
