A newly built Preston Hollow area home was the priciest listing in a March catalog of the most expensive listings in Texas, beating a list full of Dallas-Fort Worth area homes.
All of the most expensive Texas home listings in March were in the D-FW area, according to the Houston Realtors Association, which tracks the priciest listings in the state.

Seven of the top 10 most expensive home listings in March were in Dallas County. Two other listings were in Tarrant County, and one was in Denton County.

The Preston Hollow area home at 10010 Strait Lane was listed on March 1 for $24,999,990. The home had previously been listed for the same price in September 2025 before it was removed from the market in January, according to Zillow.
The luxury homebuilder Hadley & Bess calls the home “The Highclaire on Strait Lane” on its website. The home was built in 2026 and sits on a 2.2-acre lot, according to Zillow. The home’s listing is being managed by Allie Beth Allman & Associates.

The 16,684-square-foot home has seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms, five half bathrooms and a 10-car garage. The Preston Hollow site also has an elevator, a pool, a wellness area, a wine room, a golf simulator space, a theater and a mudroom with a dog shower, according to Zillow.
The Dallas Central Appraisal District listed the home’s value at about $7 million for tax purposes.
The home at 10010 Strait Lane was built in 2026 and sits on a 2.2-acre lot.
