Graduating students across Central and South Texas can celebrate with exclusive after-hours access to rides, music and more.

SAN ANTONIO — Graduating seniors across Central and South Texas will soon have a chance to celebrate in a big way—at a theme park all to themselves.

Six Flags Fiesta Texas is hosting its annual Grad Nite on Thursday, May 14, 2026, offering high school seniors an exclusive, after-hours celebration from 6 p.m. to midnight.

The private event begins after the park closes to the public, giving students full access to rides, attractions and entertainment without the usual crowds.

Organizers say the night is designed to be both fun and safe—featuring high-energy dance parties, games, food and what they call a “memorable send-off” for the Class of 2026.

“Graduation marks an important milestone,” said park manager Robert Bustle. “Grad Nite gives seniors a place to celebrate together in a safe, fun and unforgettable environment.”

The event is open only to graduating seniors and their chaperones, with strict safety guidelines in place. Students must remain inside the park for the duration of the event, and transportation must be arranged through school buses or approved chaperones.

Six Flags leaders say the experience offers a cost-effective alternative to out-of-town graduation trips—while still delivering the excitement of a large-scale celebration close to home.

Schools are encouraged to register early, as Grad Nite is one of the park’s most popular student events each year.
