A controversial right-wing nonprofit is bringing divisive figures to San Antonio, aiming to bring women of faith to a Marriott hotel for a weekend of lectures. The headliner of sorts is Erika Kirk, a polarizing politically-charged podcaster and CEO of the hosting organization, Turning Point USA, created by her late husband, Charlie Kirk.

The Women’s Leadership Summit is set to take place June 5-7 at the Marriot Rivercenter in San Antonio – a venue also receiving online backlash considering The Guardian called out the hotel chain after one of its locations in Louisiana was reportedly used to hold Immigrations and Customs Enforcement detainees last year.

The event is set to host a group of 14 speakers, including several women surrounded in controversy. Alex Clark, of the “Culture Apothecary” podcast with Turning Point claiming to try and “heal a sick culture,” is second on the speakers list behind Kirk. Then there’s Allie Beth Stuckey, a Christian conservative podcast host (“Relatable”) who, among other things, claimed only white churches are subject to criticism for a lack of diversity.

There’s also Savannah Chrisley, a reality TV star with a family whose names have been splashed across headlines.

The event website says it’ll host lectures or speeches and intends visitors to leave with “renewed clarity, a deeper connection to your faith and the confidence to embrace your calling.”

Women and girls aged 13 to 26 can buy a general admission ticket for $50, though a VIP ticket with breakouts, a sponsor hall, meet and greets and a VIP lounge will run them $300. Women between 27 and 35 can get in for $100, while women over 36 can buy a ticket for $200. An adult VIP pass will put you out $450.

“At WLS 2026, women of all ages are coming together to strengthen their minds, cultivate wellness, step boldly into their purpose, and anchor their spirits in faith. You will connect with women pursuing growth, gain practical tools to lead with conviction, and hear from speakers who will guide, equip, and inspire you to live fully and intentionally,” the website states.
