TCU Baseball faced the University of Arizona on Friday, April 10, at Lupton Stadium in game one of a three-game weekend series.
The Wildcats were on the board first, scoring in the top of the second inning. TCU responded quickly, evening the score on an RBI groundout from first baseman Brady Dallimore that brought in center fielder Chase Brunson.

Arizona regained momentum with runs in both the fourth and fifth innings, holding TCU scoreless through five.
The Horned Frogs found their momentum in the bottom of the seventh, rallying to tie the game. Catcher Nolan Traeger drove in Noah Franco with an RBI single, and Kyuss Gargett followed with an RBI of his own to score Dallimore.
The game remained tied at three through the eighth inning, but Arizona took the lead in the top of the ninth with a sacrifice fly to deep left field. TCU was unable to answer in the bottom half, allowing Arizona to win 4-3.
The two teams will meet again tomorrow in a Saturday doubleheader, with the first game set for 2 p.m. and the second scheduled to begin 45 minutes after the conclusion of game one.
With two games remaining, the Frogs will have a chance to flip the script and secure a series win in a single day.
