So long, Nikki Greek Bistro & Lounge, and hello, The Devonshire Club.
Lisa and Elia “Tom” Georgalis have chosen to shift their restaurant and lounge, Nikki, at 5757 W. Lovers Lane in Dallas near University Park, to a bar and lounge opening Nov. 14, 2025.
The owners said they enjoyed being able to serve recipes inspired by Tom Georgalis’ family, but listened to feedback from neighbors and regulars about what they wanted to see in the area along West Lovers Lane near the Dallas North Tollway.
“People want a place where they can linger, socialize, and enjoy great food and drinks in a lively, comfortable atmosphere,” said Tom Georgalis in a prepared statement. “The Devonshire Club was born out of that vision.”

While the menu at The Devonshire Club works to incorporate shareable American lounge fare, there are dishes with ties to Nikki’s Greek roots, such as whipped feta.

The new concept was teased mysteriously on social media, piquing curiosity. “Dallas nights are about to get better,” the brand’s Instagram post read, with few other details.
Named for the Devonshire neighborhood, the lounge revolves around craft cocktails and shared plates, fusing American lounge food with global flavors. Greek flair will be present, as well.
Menu items include crispy deviled eggs and spicy tuna tartare with potato pavé and piment d’espelette, along with a nod to Nikki with the mini saganaki burger.
The mini saganaki burger at The Devonshire Club is made with Texas Wagyu, halloumi, arugula, tomato jam and oregano dijonnaise.

Customers will find happy hour with food and drink specials from 3 to 7 p.m. six days a week. (The Devonshire Club is closed Mondays.) There will be lounge games, such as shuffleboard, billiards and darts, as it angles to bring in a late-night crowd with its open-until-2-a.m. weekend hours. There will be TVs throughout the space too for game-watching.
One final touch: guests can expect a small bowl of popcorn coated in a proprietary spice blend from chef Jacob Williamson, who consulted on the new concept, when they sit down.
The Devonshire Club is located at 5757 W. Lovers Lane, Suite 101, Dallas. It opens Nov. 14, 2025, and will be open Tuesday through Sunday.
