BCSO: Man arrested, charged after shots fired at bar after credit card declined

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A man accused of firing shots at a bar is facing multiple charges, including aggravated robbery.

According to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, shots were fired on Friday in the Alamo Ranch area after the suspect’s credit cards were declined. Investigators say the shots were fired toward a crowded patio before a security guard returned fire. There were no injuries reported.

As the investigation continued, deputies later identified Michael Alexander Garcia, 24, and his vehicle, which was tracked down to a garage at a home nearby. Police say witnesses later identified Garcia as the suspect.

Garcia reportedly posted bond of $150,000.
