Sung-Mun Song is staying busy on his rehab assignment at Triple-A El Paso.

The 29-year-old infielder went 2-for-5 with an RBI, a walk and two runs scored while playing all 10 innings at second base in a 19-12 loss to visiting Albuquerque.

Song has five starts at shortstop, three at second, two at third base and two at DH. He has also entered games as a pinch-hitter, a pinch-runner and a defensive replacement in mimicking the sort of ways he could be used in San Diego once he returns from the oblique injury that sent him to the injured list to start the year.

The left-handed-hitting Song is hitting .280/.357/.320 with two doubles and 16 strikeouts in 14 games with El Paso.

Catcher Rodolfo Duran (.696 OPS) hit his second homer and first baseman Nick Solak (.692 OPS) went 2-for-4 with his first homer.

Solak and third baseman Marcos Castañon (.933 OPS) both drove in two runs.

Right-hander Triston McKenzie (13.50 ERA) allowed six runs in 1⅔ innings in the start.

Right-hander Logan Gillaspie (0-1, 10.29 ERA) allowed six runs in an inning and left-hander Miguel Cienfuegos (23.14 ERA) allowed five runs while recording just one out.

El Paso is 6-9.
