Police say a woman was ejected after crashing her mini bike into a pole over the weekend.
CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A woman was critically injured Saturday afternoon after a mini-bike crash on Carroll Lane in Corpus Christi, according to the Corpus Christi Police Department.
Police say officers were dispatched at about 4:50 p.m. on April 11, 2026, to the 3800 block of Carroll Lane for a report of a single-vehicle crash with injuries.
Due to the severity of the injuries, traffic investigators were called to the scene to assist with the investigation.
CCPD later determined the driver was traveling northbound on a mini bike when she struck a pole and was thrown from the bike.
The woman was taken to a local hospital with critical injuries.
