Sheriff’s deputies arrived at the 500 block of Kearney Way around 6 p.m. after a witness said she saw a 2-year-old child walking alone along the sidewalk in Far East El Paso, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said they showed up at Martinez’s home and smelled alcohol coming from Martinez while she was home with the toddler and an 11-month-old child.
