CityVet, a community of locally owned veterinary practices, will open a new location in Austin’s Mueller area on April 27 at 2201 Airport Boulevard, Suite 120, in Austin, Texas.
The clinic will be owned and led by Dr. Reagan Wilson, a longtime Austin veterinarian with more than 20 years of experience and deep ties to the Cherrywood community.
At CityVet Mueller, Dr. Wilson will offer comprehensive preventive and wellness care, diagnostics, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, and urgent care services, and will also perform emergency surgeries when needed.
Dr. Wilson brings more than two decades of experience in veterinary medicine, with a background spanning emergency medicine, urgent care, and general practice. A graduate of Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, she has practiced in Austin since 2006, including many years in high-pressure emergency settings. There, she sharpened her skills in triage, complex case management, and critical decision-making. Today, she looks forward to bringing that experience into a community-focused clinic designed to support pets and their families through every stage of life.
“Veterinary medicine doesn’t always come with easy answers, but I’m committed to working diligently to find solutions and support families every step of the way,” said Dr. Wilson. “From the moment clients walk through the door, I want them and their pets to feel welcomed, cared for, and respected. Creating an environment where pets feel at ease and clients feel truly heard is at the core of how I practice medicine.”
For Dr. Wilson, opening a clinic in Austin represents both a professional milestone and a deeply personal one. A Cherrywood resident since 2006, she has watched the surrounding neighborhoods grow into a vibrant, family-oriented community with a strong population of pet owners. With limited urgent care options nearby, CityVet Mueller is positioned to meet a clear local need while also providing wellness and general care for neighbors she already knows from daily walks and bike rides through the area.
