A new build on Strait Lane was Texas’ most expensive fresh public listing in March.

That’s according to the Houston Association of Realtors, which releases a monthly ranking of the priciest listings to hit the market across the state.

DFW took all 10 spots in the March ranking, which was for properties listed from Feb. 25 to March 24. Dallas-Fort Worth always features heavily on the list but a full sweep is unusual. That speaks to the size and health of the luxury market in the Dallas area.

The estate at 10010 Strait Lane hit the market March 1 with an asking price of $24.9 million. The Preston Hollow home spans 16,684 square feet with seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms and five half-bathrooms. It spans three levels connected by elevator.
