LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Texas Tech University hosted a public welcome celebration for its cheerleading squads after capturing both NCA titles in Daytona Beach, Florida.
The celebration was at 12:30 p.m. at Commuter West parking lot C16 next to the Texas Tech University System Building.
For the second year in a row, the Red Raider co-ed cheer squads swept the large and small squad titles Friday.(Texas Tech University)
The TTU cheer squads captured titles in both the Advanced Large Co-Ed Division IA and Small Division IA cheer divisions Friday at the National Cheerleaders Association & National Dance Alliance Collegiate Cheer & Dance Championships.

The small co-ed cheer team won its third consecutive championship. The large co-ed team won back-to-back titles.
