And according to the data, Plano has earned bragging rights as one of the spookiest spots in the Lone Star State; coming in third in Texas and 12th nationwide with a Halloween Score of 51.03 out of 100. That means Plano residents are seriously living for cobwebs, costumes, and candy.

So if you’re planning a Halloween road trip, looks like North Texas and Central Texas are where the pumpkins shine brightest, and where you’re most likely to find neighborhoods that go all out with lights, skeletons, and giant inflatable ghosts.
