LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Former Lubbock County Commissioner Chad Seay announced his campaign for the Precinct 4 seat Tuesday afternoon in the commissioners courtroom.
Seay represented northwest Lubbock County from 2018 to 2022. Jordan Rackler currently holds that seat.
Seay said he wants to focus on reducing taxes while ensuring law enforcement and fire departments have adequate funding. He said he hopes to offer practical solutions to challenges.
Rackler announced his re-election campaign in September. He defeated Seay in 2022 for the spot.
