Katherine Milena Guadron Orantes and a 6-year-old girl died around 6:15 a.m. at a home in the 500 block of East Buckingham Road on Wednesday, according to the Dallas County medical examiner’s office.
Hector Giovanni Herrera Herrera, 30, was also found dead in the home, according to medical examiner’s office. He died by suicide while Guadron’s and the child’s deaths were deemed a homicide by the medical examiner’s office.
Officer’s first responded to the home at 5:30 a.m. after receiving a call from a concerned family member asking for a welfare check, police said in a news release.
All three were found inside.
As of Sunday, Richardson police have not provided the groups familiar relationship and cause of death to The Dallas Morning News.
