Officials have identified the woman who died in a six-vehicle crash on a Fort Worth freeway this month.
On April 12, Baylee Suzanne Lynn Lucia, 28, died from blunt force injuries during a multi-vehicle crash, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office.
Officers arrived to the crash at 10:38 p.m. in the 4900 block of South Freeway on Interstate 35W, according to Fort Worth police.

Multiple people involved in the accident were taken to hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries, Fort Worth police said in a news release.
Details on what may have caused the crash were not immediately provided by Fort Worth police.
