CARDBIZ: ARLINGTON, TX (April 23, 2026) — The Texas Rangers have recalled 23-year-old outfielder Alejandro Osuna from Triple-A Round Rock prior to Wednesday night’s game.
To make room on the roster Wyatt Langford was placed on the 10-day Injured List with a right forearm strain. Osuna, who recently represented Team Mexico in the 2026 World Baseball Classic, returns to Arlington after a hot start to his Triple-A campaign.
This marks Osuna’s first MLB stint of 2026 following a 63-game debut season in 2025. This spring, he bashed his way to .333 (11-for-33) with an .800 OPS, placing himself in the position for a promotion.
