Two Houston men arrested for return fraud retail theft in Kyle

KYLE, Texas — Two men from Houston were arrested by Kyle police last Thursday in connection to multiple retail fraud cases.

Douglas Christopher and Troy Conway, both 32, are accused of using a serial number switching scheme to commit return fraud.

Police have linked the two men with to multiple cases spanning from Austin to the San Antonio area.

Kyle PD says that the investigation is ongoing, with detectives working to determine the full scope and financial impact of the scheme.
