The Alamo City will soon be “burdened with glorious purpose.”
British actor Tom Hiddleston, best known for playing Loki in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), is making his way to SPACECON San Antonio June 12-14.
Hiddleston started playing the Asgardian God in the 2011 film Thor, setting him on a career path that has since spanned 15 years and made him one of the defining faces of the comic franchise. This includes starring in seven feature films and the eponymous Disney+ series Loki. Hiddleston will return as Loki in Avengers: Doomsday, which hits theaters December 18, 2026.
“SPACECON 2026 will have the biggest celebrity lineup in America,” said Bob Wills, CEO and chief content officer of SPACECON. “We will have comic con fans from every state and 11 countries in attendance.”
Along with Hiddleston, some of the biggest celebrities scheduled to be at SPACECON this year include John Cena (Bumblebee), Hayden Christensen (Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones), William Shatner (Star Trek: The Original Series), and David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson (The X-Files).
