Last spring, Texas A&M football coach Mike Elko had a prediction about the number of Aggies prospects that could be taken Thursday night in the 2026 NFL Draft in Pittsburgh.

“When you look at the current roster, we project to have more NFL draft picks on this (2025) football team than we have had in quite a long time,” Elko said May 21. “I think you can see anywhere from 10 to 12 Aggies get their name called next year in the NFL draft.”

Here is where Texas A&M football players are projected to go according to the draft boards.

Howell is largely seen as top-40 prospect in the draft. Pro Football Focus had him as No. 26 on its draft board and CBS, ESPN’s best availabile ranking and Tankathon each had the edge rusher ranked in the 30s. A three-round CBS mock draft by Mike Renner has him going No. 42 to the New Orleans Saints, but ESPN’s Jordan Reid projected him No. 31 to the New England Patriots.

Concepcion has been most analysts’ pick for first Aggie off the board. That’s the case in Reid’s mock, with the Pittsburgh Steelers taking Concepcion at No. 21. The wideout went No. 24 overall to the Cleveland Browns in the CBS prediction. He’s ranked the 12th-best player in the class by CBS and between 27th and 35 by the other three listed draft boards.

ESPN has Bisontis as the 33rd-best player on its “best available” rankings. PFF and Tankathon each has the offensive lineman at No. 48 and CBS has him at No. 51. The former All-SEC pick has been an incredible riser during the draft process. Bisontis was the 30th overall pick to the Miami Dolphins in the mock draft from CBS. Reid also thinks he’ll be a first-round pick: No. 32 to the Seattle Seahawks.
