Several of Dallas’ most acclaimed dining destinations are headed north. Dallas-based HALL Group announced that Headington Companies will bring Commissary and Tango Room to HALL Park in Frisco, with both restaurants slated to open in fall 2026.

The new additions mark a major milestone in HALL Park’s ongoing transformation into a vibrant mixed-use community centered around dining, hospitality and green space.

A Culinary Boost For Frisco’s HALL Park

Located at 3101 Gaylord Parkway, the new Commissary and Tango Room will occupy the ground floor of The Monarch, HALL Park’s luxury apartment tower. The restaurants will sit next to the 5.7-acre Kaleidoscope Park and the HALL Park Hotel, placing them in the heart of the development’s expanding social and culinary scene.

“These exceptional concepts will continue to enhance the energy at HALL Park, offering our office tenants, residents and visitors distinctive dining experiences — from casual, grab-and-go options at Commissary, perfectly located next to Kaleidoscope Park for enjoying bites and drinks during concerts, weekend outings with family or friends, and everyday leisure, to elevated dinners or private events at Tango Room,” said Ben Brewer, COO of HALL Group, said in an official statement.

Expanding A Dallas Legacy

For Headington Companies, which operates several of Dallas’ most recognized dining and hospitality brands, the Frisco expansion represents a thoughtful next step.

“For several years, Headington Companies has been actively searching for high-impact locations to expand the reach of our restaurant portfolio,” said Michael Tregoning, president of Headington Companies.

He added that the company has “long been impressed by the HALL Group’s vision and approach to development” and is confident the new restaurants “will be highly successful and compelling additions to the fabric of HALL Park, Frisco and the surrounding communities.”

Commissary: From Morning Buns To Market Goods

Commissary, a hybrid café, bakery, gelateria, espresso bar and neighborhood market, will bring an all-day offering to the development. Guests can expect breakfast tacos and morning buns, fresh pastries, lattes and leisurely weekend brunches, as well as quick lunches and take-home items like soups, breads and gelato. The market will also feature beer and wine selections and catering options for meetings and events.

Tango Room: A Modern Steakhouse With Style

Tango Room will bring its sophisticated yet comfortable take on the modern steakhouse to Frisco. Known for its intimate dining experience and elegant presentation, the menu will include classics like New York strip, pomme purée and foie gras, alongside inventive dishes such as lobster corndogs and uni tagliatelle. Its signature caviar martini and extensive wine list will anchor a larger bar area and private dining room designed for events and celebrations.
